Terms and Conditions of my Commissions

# Eggwuh Commissions Terms of Service
These terms may be discussed prior to or during the service in which I will be conducting.# General Terms:
The total price of the entire project will be discussed beforehand, additional charges may be subjected if you wish to make any changes or addons during or after the completion of the project.
I might post the WIP or finished project on my social medias.
I may reject any order or project I do not feel comfortable doing.# Payment Method:
I will accept PayPal and Cashapp for commission payments.
Commissions must be paid 100% upfront
Do not send payment until I have fully approved the commission# Process:
If you do not have a reference sheet of your character, unshaded art or VRChat photos of your character will suffice.
If I cannot see your character at certain angles, I may fill that unknown space with what I think will fit.
You may at any point during the process ask me about the progress of the commission.
After I have started the commission, the payment cannot be refunded
I may ask you periodically to review certain parts of the commission so I can make sure I can do it exactly how you want it
Time needed to work will depend on complexity of the project as well as my personal schedule.
You will be made aware of any halts in progress that may slow down the production of your commission.
One the project is finished, I will send you the full resolution files without watermark.
Nothing is physical, everything I send to you will be digital.# Copyright Use Policy
The final product is yours to use as you please, although I am allowed to use it to promote myself and my services.# The buyer is allowed to:
Use the commissioned project for personal use.
Claim the characters as your own, but not the art or work as your own.
Use the art to promote themselves. (Credit is not required, but appreciated.)
Use the project for monetized content.# The buyer is not allowed to:
Claim the project as their own creation.
Add their signature to the project.# Customer Satisfaction
I want to make you happy! So please let me know how I can do that.
I'm always open to finding solutions to problems or questions you may have about things.
I am willing to change or alter some of my terms to make you more comfortable with my services. (Example: You don't want me to post the project on my social medias).# Refund Policy
Once the project has been started, it cannot be refunded.
If I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel the order before I start on it, you will receive a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, allow me to transfer the money, do not request a chargeback through PayPal.
If you do request a PayPal chargeback, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and provide PayPal with evidence of our conversation and that I have completed work for you. Additionally, you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again.# What will you get?:
Drafts and WIPs of your commission whenever you request or whenever I feel it needs to be reviewed by you.
Involvement in the process (depends on project complexity)
Full resolution product.
For VRChat avatars, you will recieve a full resolution version. I will also make a Quest version for no extra cost. (although I may need to delete some things off of the Quest/Android version in order to keep it under 10mb since that's all VRChat will allow.)
For 2d art, you will recieve a full resolution image, and if requested I will also provide a transparent png version.
